  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT the agenda be adopted as presented.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT the regular meeting minutes from July 2, 2024 be adopted as presented. 

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council authorize staff to award the Asset Management Plan, Development (Phase 1) to Asset Strategy for $70,270.00 (Phase 1), and further that Council authorize staff to include the award of Asset Management Pan, Enhancement (Phase 2) for $38,390 to Asset Strategy.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council authorize staff to award the award of loader with quick coupler attachment to North Island Tractor for $90,297.60 plus applicable taxes; 

    AND THAT Council amend the approved budget by increasing the funding from capital reserves by $13,000.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council authorize staff to award the award of garbage truck with domestic auto-tipper to Rollins Machinery Ltd. for $267,525 plus applicable taxes;

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council authorize Administration to amend the lease to a full unit with Peggy Sheehan for $300.00 per month and $30.00 per month for utilities.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council receive the second quarter financial report for information.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council receive the Work in Progress for information.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council receive the Gold River days report for information.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council give first and second reading to Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 706.12, 2024.

    AND THAT a Public Hearing be scheduled.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council receive the block correspondence for information.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council proceed In Camera pursuant to section 90(1)(e) the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality and 90(1)(j) information that is prohibited, or information that if it were presented in a document would be prohibited, from disclosure under section 21 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act;

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT the meeting be adjourned.
